Red Bull US Rookies Cup Results from Road Atlanta
They may sound like bumble bees flying down the straight but these 125 KTM machines sure are fast and I have a lot of respect for each rookie out there. Todays race was more than exciting. These 25 guys are racing close as can be and while they are all on the same exact bikes, it makes the race all that more interesting. Here are today's results going into the next round at the Indianapolis MotoGP.



This being Jacob Gagne's first win, he did an awesome job. This is his first year ever road racing! Hayden Gillim and Benny Sollis are more than happy with their podium spots as well. During the post race press conference, Jacob had said, "I was happy about qualifying second yesterday and knew that if I could get a good start I could hang on to Hayden and Benny and all those fast guys. Then I got behind Hayden and he was pushing; I was pushing has hard as I could." Well, working hard paid off for Jacob when he made his pass in the back stretch!
