Nope. Never heard a word from Hyder. No replies to my e-mails... posts here... nothing.

According to his employer (UPS), he did receive the fairing on June 20th. I still have no idea if it was damaged, okay or even if it was going to work or not. Seeing as there was a small piece that was missing on the very tail end of this lower fairing, I wasn't sure if it would work (seemed to work for the previous owner).
Still, it had all the OEM decals, clips and so on already on it. I thought that he could at least salvage something off of it. Seeing as the whole fairing was FREE (including the shipping and $600 insurance), I figured that I would rate at least a "Fuck you, it's worthless", for my effort.
Oh well. Lesson learned, I guess.

I guess the hotmail address Mr. Ali gave me isn't working either, or I wrote it down wrong. My e-mails were not returned, so I figured he got them. Still, it's not like he couldn't find me here, eh?
I'll admit, I should just let it go, but DAMN! It was a lower fairing for NOTHING! I'll also admit that there was a small part that was missing on the very bottom tail section, but it seemed more then usable.
Since I had insured it for $600, I would have been happy just to know if he at least got it and if it was usable or not. If he did and it was, then considering the cost of a fairing, the decals, the clips and everything else that I sent with it (even a used one off of eBay), I'd at least expect some kind of effort to... oh, never mind.
I just need to get over it.
