Hi Bryan,
Here is the information I'd mentioned in the voice mail I'd left you. Please feel free to forward it to your customer. As I started, due to production issues the bike had been delayed by about a month. And with the longshoreman's issues at the LA and Long Beach ports, they have been delayed another month. Right now the anticipated ship time is next month - April. These orders were taken on a "first in, first out" status and will be delivered accordingly. Kawasaki is currently working on arrangements to have these units air freighted into the US, since the LA/Long Beach bottleneck will continue interfere with delivery of these.
I will also be forwarding the A&P Prep manual and service bulletin for paint maintenance on the H2 & H2R.
