Shopping & Looking for Advice

I just sold my 06 ZX-14 and am thinking about going cruiser. I am throwing around the thought of a V-Max or a Suzuki M109. If I go w/ the 109 I'd put a turbo on it essentially giving me the same HP and maybe more torque than the max for basically the same cost. Coming off my 14 I am very worried of being disappointed w/ the power level of a cruiser style motorcycle. Any Advice??

Any thoughts or opinions would truly be appreciated as I have no idea what I will find myself riding when the weather breaks. Help Please. Thanks!

I think you would be very happy with a Vmax .. With the cats and speed limiter removed it will have plenty of puch to keep you happy ... Vmax prices have dropped for the used ones , i have seen one sell for as little as 13k .. A 109 or the Vmax is never going to match a zx14 top end so forget about that ..But even with its 680 pounds it can be fun and fast ..

How bout riding comfort? I am 6-04. I sat on one and my knees were up to the intakes. Are there any highway pegs available for long rides?

Just found an 09 Max for $14,700 w/ 800 miles and a full UFO exhaust PC and air ride. I bought it!! Should have it in a week or so as it is being shipped from out of state. Looking forward to experiencing what I've already read about the bike.

Ssweet!!! That's the baddest lookin' VMax I've seen yet........only thing I hated about the new VMax was the weird headlamp -- but that little windscreen helps hide that just fine.......super sweet ride man!!
