I dont see the need for this bickering back and fourth, bring it to the track and settle the score...Hey by. I love my power cruser I got a 86 900 Eliminator but it dosent compare to the zx14 two different breeds of bikes alltogether. As same as the V-Max and ZX14, if your good at dragracing you are gonna be able to pull great numbers out of each bike if you a person who goes every blue moon you aint gonna be that good.
In saying that I like to see the end results of Turbomark on the V-Max VS one of the guys here on a ZX14 BOTTOM LINE.Just get it over with.

as an 06 zx 1400 rider an the owner of an 85 vmax bought new for 5300 bucks in may of 1985 I can say that both bikes are great. if the new 09 v max is that much better than the old all I can say is wow. both bikes are great and make you feel like the king of the hill. the power ...the noise of the bikes... and the great out doors .to feel the wind and the open road. 0 to 60 mph in.... who cares....its all about the sport and the machines that make us want to get out of bed everyday and want to go for a ride. as a kid I got the same feeling going down a big hill in a wagon. its all about the sport enjoy it
