Soft brake lever?
My Wife's '06 636 has way more lever travel than I think it should have.
I have bled all three bleeders and checked the brake pads ( only has 3000 mi) on bike.
The fluid is full and uncontaminated.
The lever come halfway back before an action and feels soft and mushy.
I am thinking bad master cylinder seal, anybody else have an idea??

I am not sure but I am having the same issue on my cousin's 06 636 ninja. I want to fix it because it feels almost dangerous. Anyone with some input on this issue would be helpful. I may just have him take the bike to the dealer.
