2000 ZX6R. Small Crack in frame -- options?
There are small cracks along the weld of my 2000 ZX6R. Near the engine and gas tank.
Called Kawasaki and they were absolutely no help, the guy just went quiet. Called a Kawasaki dealership and they will replace the frame at a labor cost of $1200 plus $2000 for the frame.
Sounds pretty lame.
Can't sell the bike because it's not safe. What do I do? Would welding help? How much would that cost and who would I call?
