Chopped tail?

The first mod that happened to my bike, when I wasn't looking - was Fish_Antler cut off the bulk of the rear license place holder so that it no longer extends past the plate, I think he used a Olfa knife.

Anyone else give their bike the chop?

I didn't buy an undertail. I MADE mine. I took the whole unit off, went to LOWES bought thin piece of metal, drilled holes for plate screws. Attached metal to rear pegs. Put plate on. Bought some Lockhart phillips flushmount signals. Mounted and done. All cost me about 20bucks and I have no regrets.

I haven't figured out what to do about the undertail yet. But I have my seat cowl arriving hopefully tomorrow and my passenger pegs are coming off...

Nope, never used an LP light. Daytime, they can see it. Night time, they're headlights will be shining on it.

PK.......the license plate mounts on a skinny piece of aluminum I told you I made across the rear passenger pegs there. On the left rear peg if you look close you can see the aluminum stretching across.

That is a nice clean look.
I don't think I could ride around like that - it would make it just that much harder to get out of all the tickets I don't get.
- it's a girl thing

Is the blue tape your non-computerized way of bluring out your plate?

haha...no the blue tape was for a track day I was going to, to cover my brake light. The license plate isn't on. Right where the rear peg bolt is, is a little piece of aluminum streatched across.

You know what! I will send another with my plate blacked out.

I got carried away with the ERASER tool, but here is a better look at my LP bracket.
BTW, I was wanting to box and fill in the box with paint, but it wasn't working; I don't know how too.
