I believe one side is 17mm and the other is 21.
Here is a trick. Get a 13/16 spark plug socket that has a hex head to you can use a 13/16 wrench on it. Then take an extension and put it through the socket hole. Now you have a 21mm allen. 13/16 = 20.6mm.
