Cam Chain Tensioner
My Connie has 21k miles on it and was wondering has anyone had to change one out yet..I still have a vibration and it is not the tires nor the drive line at all...

The only thing I heard of is the balance shaft chain adjustment, ask Ted....

There are a few things that can cause the vibration. The chain tensioner isn't one of them.
1. Engine bolt torque,
2.Exhaust system bolts torque.
3, Valves too tight .
4. balancer shaft adjustment.(gear driven)
5. TB sync. THIS HELPS THE MOST.

what is a TB sync?..so should i take it to the dealer who is going to not know what the heck i am talking about ?

Throttle body sync. Same as carb sync. Only we have no carbs.

ok cool.. in my joy to ride the heck out of it I missed all my schedule maintenance times I have 21k miles on it and only been changing the oil and gear oli every 3 k miles..I had someone ride it that rides them on a daily basis and he says he did not feel a thing..it must be me..but I am thinking that when i take it in to get full service it will ride smoother..
