2010 Connie-14?

Wow,

Better heat management with stock exhaust, higher windshield, and that purty color, and a "36 month" warranty WTF.....let me go on record saying I am seriously debating purchasing this bike.

BMW- I also like the Beemer sport-tourer but 6-7K more.

Honda- I like the new Honda VFR but appears to lean more more sport than touring, its not the "distance" bike and the ST Honda sport tourer has always not been it for me.

Ducati- I suspect the new Duc multistrada is going to be smoking hot.

Yamaha - that sport tourer bike hasn't changed since rocks were forming

Thoughts?

Why change the bike that set the current standard for sport touring until you have to?
The sport tour market is not fickle like the sport bike market.

Buy the connie and sell to me in about 2 years. I'll have the NC home finished and need a touring bike to ride to DC and back for Redskins games.

If I buy a Connie, it'll have 70,000-100,000 miles on it during the 3 year warranty period. Doubt you'd want it. I'd use it for cheap transportation between Tampa/Carolinas and everywhere in between.

Doubt you'd want it!
