For you guys going duals center stand solution
As one of the early dual converts using my 06 Zx14 header, I spaced my centerstand down to clear the left mid. Wasnt an elegant solution, but worked, and I had planned on modifing the centerstand so the arm came up outside the mid. Did a little measuring, and found that if I tweaked the arm inboard about 1/4 in it would come up inside the mid and clear both the mid and driveshaft tube about 1/4 in. Only downside is its easier to deploy if you bend down and pull it down enough to get your foot on. Not a problem. Best thing is its free and you dont have to modify the arm. Dont know if it will work on all mids, but on my Scorpions it worked like a charm. Pics to follow soon, laid up right now with a bum right knee I had ortho on this morning. One thing for sure it looks good, and is tucked in with no possibility of dragging, no mods to centerstand, and did I say FREE.
