engine and final drive changeout AMSOIL
So I've heard good things about amsoils 10/40 synthetic..considerable reduction of engine heat. I also order the universal synthetic marine gear lube which is suppose to be an awesome product although pricey. I'll give an update after change, I'm only 2,900 miles in but ready for swap. Any of you guys used this stuff???

I use amsoil 10w40 synthetic motorcycle oil and amsoil severe gear 75w90 in the final. Don't know about the marine gear lube. You sure about it?

I've used their synthetic motor oil in my previous bikes and plan on changing to it on the C14 at the next oil change. It works great and their was definitely a noticable reduction on engine heat on the other bikes. I don't know anything about their marine oil though. Since they make a severe gear oil, that would be my choice over trying something for a use it wasn't specifically designed for. Just my two cents ...

I run the Motorcycle 10-40 in the engine and the Marine gear lube 75-90 in the rear diff.
Its real good stuff. Severe gear is great too, but its a bit overkill IMO for a MC diff. I run the Severe gear in my truck diff..
