Gearbox noise. Anyone has it ?
Hello folks, there is a little noise in gearbox my Connie has. It disappears if I squeeze clutch lever. Any ideas?

Im just a few/ couple days in on my new connie although I thought I may of heard some odd grearbox noise also. Keep in touch. The bike IS sweet thogh, eh?

The is because Kawasaki uses straight cut gears on their primary drives. They will make a bit of noise when in neutral and the clutch is out. As soon as you apply pressure to the clutch it will go away. Almost all Kawasakis use straight cut gears because it delivers the most horsepower and the least wear on all components. It is perfectly normal.
