oil filter part # or crossover
Hello everyone, new to this site
Had the 14 for five weeks now, and I just love this bike, she is so stable in the corners, feels light weight compared to the old lady 10, and is smooth comfortable, lots of power, even two up she moves fast in the corners, love the slipper clutch, loads of engine breaking no need for the brakes, just drop her down from 5th to 3rd and you are flying thru the twistie's.
Anyway anybody got the part # for the oil filter, or a crossover, also what oil's should I use, after flushing out the factory oil, semi-synthetic, full, or just regular?
Thank's in advance for your help
Cheers

I did not see the zg1400a8f cross-referenced on that page.
The owner manual specs for oil are:
API SE, SF or SG
API SH, SJ or SL wtih JASP MA
SAE 10W-40

The C14 uses the same oil filter as the ZX12 and ZX14. I know because I had purchased a new filter from Kawasaki for my 12, then traded the 12 for the C14. I wanted to switch the 12 filter for a C14 filter as it was still unused. They looked up the part number and said it is the same. When time came to change my oil, sure enough the filter for my 12 was the exact same filter that I took off my C14. When looking for crossreference part numbers, just look up a 2005 ZX12 or 20006 ZX14 and you'll be good to go.
