Windshield,trunk, and saddlebag liners.
I just got off the phone with Kawasaki and was told that the tall windshield should be ready by the end off August. The trunk and saddlebag liners would be ready by the end of September. The guy says the trunk looks awsome and was designed around the lines of the bike. He also said these items were being fast tracked and was not outsourced to outside venders, which is good news.

If the trunk is the one the UK Kawi website showed it looks like crap.

FBA, it may seem strange, but I doubt you'll want to ride the ZX14 much, if at all, after you mod your Connie. Frankly, it's that nice of a bike that I don't even miss the power of the ZX . . . well, maybe a little.

Nahhh - trust me, I'm still very much into the whole sport bike thing. There's no way in hell the C14 will ever have the power and speed of the ZX14. Ya, it's very agile, but I've owned ST bikes while I had my sport bikes before and though I love the sport touring thing for 2-up and weekends away, the ZX14 will see tons of mileage in the future. I guess on those days when my body's in pain, the C14 will be the ride of choice eh?
No doubt the Connie will benefit huge from the power mods, but the ZX14 is still a monster by any standards, not to mention that I'm down one up front and up two in the rear...now that's just plain fucking stoooopid power on tap...LOL
Damn -- never thought I'd be a Connie owner; always thought the 1000 was more like a utilitarian bike...but truth be told, the C14 has it all over anything in its class, including the K1200GT at way mo money, IMO.
