Close call on the Connie today...
Wow... dumb woman in a Subaru almost takes us out, passes me in my own lane on an on ramp ... I couldnt believe my eyes!!!

You must have been to far to the right and looked like a moped on the shoulder :-)
I still have a hard time believing that a car could pass any bike ( that is actually running) on an on ramp.

....I can't believe she didn't see you folks...what with that big-ass pipe and all! ...maybe you should hang a red warning flag on he end of it like most people who carry and extended and protruding loads

I've had a hot rodder pass me on the shoulder just as I slowed down coming to an intersection where I had to turn right. He was going FAST - so I never saw him in the mirror, and if I did not have the habit of ALWAYS looking next to me when I move out of my lane I would have been toast, signals and all.
That was on my '94 Magna and I think he did it because I had punched it a while before - nothing to do with him, I just wanted to whack it a little before shutting down for the day, but he wanted to prove something - and he almost killed me.

it was a total shock and a big "WTF" when the car appeared only but an inch beside me while I was carrying a passenger of all things... when I caught up to the lady I was furious - I was damn near ready to punch a dent in the side of her car.. I looked at her and gave her the bird.. her husband looked away and wouldnt even look in our direction.. he knew that she had screwed up big time. She had 2 kids in the back seat. Totally tragic. She kept mouthing that she was sorry.
Man... unbelievable.
