they never competed well in the 600 class until '07, that one is smokin' 'em all by leaps and bounds. I'm wondering if the same will happen in the litre bike category

they mentioned they tried to keep the look similar but add HP and all the other stuff

Whew thats ugly in the rear.
Tony I had to look at those pics like 5 times.
The new gen busa hasn't changed much at all.

they cleaned up all the bolts to get the side fairing off....

1.) ...they will sell like hot-cakes.
2.) If they aren't as fast as the 14, the owners will still revert back to 1999.
3.) The ass looks like crap.
4.) If its fast, ugly don't matter.
5.) The aftermarket will embrace this new busa a thousand times faster than the 14.
6.) If it is a monster like the predictions, there will be plenty of used, scratched, scuffed and stolen parts on ebay.
7.) The magazines will be slanted on all the 'busa vs.14' ...suzi is much better at Marketing the Bu$a.
8.) Not skeeered.
9.) the busa owners will never be able to keep their mouths shut.
10.) I'd sport it.

All BS aside I'd get one also. Because suzuki builds some good shyt.
Maybe after a few years when some better colors come out.

Hello Guys Im new here. Have been keeping track with all the new post faithfully though.
I think that the new CLOSED-LOOP System will help them out especially in the tuning dept, but I still have my faith on the 14!!!!!

Same old body style IMO.
Wish they would have done spomething spectacular with the asthetics...
11 % more HP means about 172 RWHP, as the older ones typically dyno'd out about 154 RWHP.
Just a very slight edge over the zx14.
Since it now has a cat, i would think it will pull similar results with a pipe as the 14 has.
I see no obvious reason to sell my 14, except the busa engine already developed, and a ton of cheap parts becoming available... still a conventional case, and cylinder block arrangement, rather than the monoblock
