So.................Kawasaki puts dual cans on the hypersport bike and a single can on the touring bike?
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..........
The left bag will be unusable because of the 100 pounds of ballast needed to keep it from falling over on the can side!
Other than that, I like it.

You only need two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

That what lead me to believe it was photochopped. Still a shaft driven 14 sounds sweet to me.
I'm still not sure what year this bike will come in as. Europe seems to be getting a GTP-1400 as an 2007?
Is it me or does this puppy look a little like BMW's R1200S? Take off the bags and what do you have?

So you are saying you wanted a howitzer size single can on the 14? To meet Emissions and sound the exhaust for such a large engine has to be a very high volume. Either one gigantic can or 2 merely large cans. A third option is the "third muffler" expansion chamber under the bike that some manufatures have went to.

...this is enough to make me rethink my possible Buell Ulysses purchase....two entirely different bikes, but two bikes that would suit my purposes....

Nope - that single can is for balancing the shaft drive

not a full underbelly silencer maybe, but they could probably reduce the size of the can by 50% with some underbelly volume. that woudl be a hgue improvement.

All looks good here, except for the huge smoke stack. But I do have a question: Is it really going to be called the Concourse here in North America again? . Hope not.
