Clutch Help.....
Ok first is first... Im a Kawasaki guy... So sorry about this long drawn out story...
My girlfriend has a 06 Yamaha R1 Raven Edition that we / I cant keep a clutch in the fu**er
The bike is lowered, streatched, geared (-1,+3), and Clutch Mod (oil line). The bike is stock from there....
Bike runs great. She runs 10.1 and 10.0 @ 4000 ft corrected air...
Now the problem... I have put 3 clutches in it since april... the last about 2 months each... first 2 didnt have the mod (oil feed line).
I installed the oil feed line with the last 1... we where at the track and it was doing great then all the sudden driving through the pits she wasnt able to get it out of gear... stoped shut it off and then was able get it out of gear.
Started it and when i pulled the clutch in and put it in loud clank and pulled the bike foward... turns out the clutch plates in this 1 are warped BAD....
Any one have a way to keep the clutch in this SOB other then selling it?
