How about putting them on matching Formula Extreme Bikes and going head to head at Daytona?? Just like the old IROC Camaros from back in the day.

i hope that bayliss hands rossi his ass, and have a sneaking suspicion that that's probably what's going to happen lol. I'm sure that rossi would want bayliss to ride an inline bike since he's used to a v-twin. Make it a two part series... One with them riding yamahas, and one with them riding Ducatis.
