My comment was for bringing the bike down here for the warm winter,. not staying. next year I may buy a summer home and escape FL!
But pro's and cons everywhere. I've lived on 3 continents and more states than I can count, and Phoenix was my all time favorite! And any cold/rainy places, such as Chicago and Frankfurt Germany - my least favorite.
