Hi Ninjasuz,

I have a 1098s and am 237lbs, i have had no problems so far regarding my weight (besides climbing stairs, but that's a whole other issue).
210lbs will be no worries for this weapon of mass seduction.

Cheers
Reggie

Hi Fish,

I was 98kg, then I went on holiday (2 1/2 months in New Zealand) and found 10 kg I appeared to have lost there.
I didn't think beer weighed so much.
As for loving the bike......To quote Groundskeeper Willie "If it wern't agains't god's law I'd make yeh me wife"

I am 6 foot 6 and a half and 240 and the bike is great. In all truth, (and this goes for any bike in my opinion) you need the bike set p for YOU. Suspension, ride height, etc. This will make the bike far more rideable to your skill and type of riding and also more comfortable. You will be fine.

Hi:

New to the site, so I'll just dive in. I am 6'-0", 215#. The 1098 fits great. Agree completely that having the suspension set up for you and your skill level is important.

The old Rule of Thumb is you gain 1 horsepower for each reduction of 9.5 pounds of weight. It is a lot more expensive to do this by using carbon fiber vs losing body weight.
