Take an old wire coat hangar and a cut the straight bottom portion off. Make a 180" bend approximately 3" from the end. Insert into tailpipe and pull back, catching the vertical support pole located within. Try to loop the end jetting out around the portion of the wire leading in. This will not create a knot strong enough for our purposes but will create something substantial enough for a set of vice grips to latch onto. Make sure you have removed the silencer cap set screw at the base of each pipe end before proceeding further! With the vice grips in your strong hand, your other hand braced against the tail lights, and one knee leaning into the rear tire, pull firmly but don't jerk. I had to lightly tap the sides of the endcaps with a soft rubber mallet to facilitate the initial movement out.
McGuiver would be so proud BRRAAGHH..............BRRAAAAAAAAGGGHH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
