The body panels, etc are all metric allen's. The Motor? Not me.... It'll go to EDR for anything motorwise. Don't have the time or ambition to wrench anymore.

Yeah, metric allens for the panels. You might be correct about the screen though ( don't have my reading glasses to see, but none of my tiny metric allens engage the bolt head) Had a chance to put another 150 miles on yesterday:-) Flick Flick Flick, carve........ Beautiful. The motor is getting looser and running better by the mile. It will be one fast twin, for sure. I might have to change the rear sprocket, it's REALLY long legged, and a lot of times you run in 4th or 5th to keep in in the sweet spot at 5 and up. It really is not happy at lower revs, and it sucks trolling through town. Starbuck heros need to know these things need room to stretch their legs, otherwise they are a clanging , banging, vibrating bore ( IMO)

Jeep Wranglers are put together with torx, including some heavy duty parts such as the roll cage. They are fantastic. Torx wrenches are fairly cheap at Sears if you can stoop down from snap-on.
