Thanks guys.

I love the bike. It is far bette then the other bikes I've had(01/03 GSX-R 1000's and 05 ZX10). It turns in very fast and handles very well. I love the gear indicater. And it feels like the suspension is set up for someone my size(185) then any othe liter bike.

It feels more comfortable, turns in quicker, has more linear power and I love the gear indicator. If you have ridden an 06/07 ZX10 it has a similar power delivery to that.

I am a Kawi guy at heart always have been. But I really love the GSX-R's. If they would have had a blue 07 14 on the floor I most likely would have brought that home instead.

Congrats. Great choice. While I'm a "no-frills" rider, that gear indicator sure does spoil you. So does the slipper clutch when you just decide to bang it down a couple (few) gears instead of matching revs properly. Neat stuff.

I found the K6 was a whole new world compared to my K3. Much more user friendly, turning was much lighter and quicker (even lighter and quicker than my '04 GSXR600), and the bike was a lot easier to ride. I usually don't ride childishly, but I did find a new entertainment factor with my K6. In first gear, once you get past the point you will loop it, get WOT and preload the shifter, when it hits the rev limiter, it will snap into second, come up a bit and continue it's rocket ship forward motion. Do the same 2nd to 3rd. Can't say what it feels like beyond that. Very few places we can get to 150 around here. I know how inaccurate motorcycle speedos are, but that 1-2 shift happens at an indicated 105. Great fun. Enjoy the ride. Cheers, Jack
