Noise Terminator Throat Mic.
The Noise Terminator is a throat mic headset that does not require any installation or special attachments. Simply plug the headset into your cellular phone or two way radio and position the transponder around your neck. It works off the vibration from your throat, so wind noise does not effect the transmission. I used them with a set of two way radios, and they work good. They sell for $40 each.
