I am surprised? Why didn't they move this post too? When I posted a week ago or so about needing a left mirror because of a scratch I told a bit about the way I got the scratch and I figured that more folks read the zx12r zone then the adds anyway, but someone in their ultimate wisdome figured that I really wanted it posted in the add forum instead so they just "moved" my post without asking (or even telling) me? I guess that I didn't see that part in the "rule book"???????

wrenis, dont get all bent out of shape. i dont always look at the board every 15 minutes, so it just took me a little longer to see it this time. as to the "rule", not sure where or if it's still written anywhere (it used to be right at the top of the page i think), but we do indeed not allow posting classifieds in the main forum. it's just a policy intended to keep the board clean & easy to read. it may not be perfect but it's worked well so far. as for not notifying you... well, i'v never had a complaint before, so i havent bother. maybe that will change now.

Its cool. I guess that when I Posted mine I really was thinking of just telling the story of how stupid I was for trying to ride with the disc lock on and the needing a mirror was not the " real" concern just an after thought... sort of? I was trying to find a face saving way of telling the stupid story. the truth is my mirror has only very minor damage and I probably won't be buying one soon so I didn't want to take up space on the classifieds page. But I see that it probably does read kinda like a real ad so its on me.

wrenis, no worries. sorry i sounded so cutting up above; wasnt intended that way. it's a thin line i have to walk in trying to decide what goes where & i tend to err on the "post nazi" side to keep the greater population calm. and sometimes i jsut dont get it right.
