candyzx14 beware !!!
i payed for a swingarm on oct 10. we had numerous emails before this and seemed to b trustworthy.
even returned emails after i payed him to discuss shipping. no swingarm. no amails .no answer on phone. if any of you have delt with him please pm or email me. patrickallen76@yahoo.com
i have opened paypal case. richard dixon was name on emails but paypal was j rummel

I bought over 500 bux worth of stuff from him and i was apprehensive. I was going away on vacation so i asked him to ship the stuff and send a tracking number So I could get the stuff before I left. No tracking number and no contact. Also filed paypal case but he actually refunded me pretty quick. He used the same names you Mentioned. Something aint right. He also trolls the classifieds and he emailed me directly.

I asked for his name/contact info But never got it from him, but according to paypal the guy(jrummel)is a verified member. You should be fine with opening the paypal case. I suggest you take it to the claim level asap though. He did tell me through email his name was Justin. So is it Justin Rummel......who knows. Most likely a scammer
