Yes it is guys. Rider was 140 lbs, and running MR9 and MR12 at times....but regardless, that is very quick numbers for a stock 12. I've seen this bike from day one, and I can vouch that it hauls the mail. If interested, please call the number given to get all the details and what's included. Thanks
