Want information on shipping within the US
I'm looking to have a package (approximately 250lbs) sent from Indiana to Washington State.
I've checked with UPS and FedEx - they are both quoting $1,200 which I think is robbery! Does anyone have experience with a shipping company that could do this job for a better price?

put it on a pallet and check with forward air

You might also check with FedEx freight and bump it up to 300 lbs
