wow thanks shane I gave him a full refund and explained everything to him ... paypal dragged ass on the refund so its my fault .... thanks guys thanks alot ask anyone else what kind businessman i am ..i admit i wasnt johnny on the spot emailing but i have 3 jobs shane ... sorry this stuff happens .... call me if you have a problem not blast me online

Paypal didn't drag ass on the refund. PayPal told me - The first refund attempt failed because there were not enough funds in your account to cover it.
Bottom line - You posted something for sale and took money on it. I waited a week for you to ship. When I called your phone I got a message saying your phone was not accepting calls. When I finally get a hold of you.... you want me to wait even longer cause the part is still on your bike and your too busy working? BS

bad business deal period....take responsibility for it instead of blaming everything else.
For any buyer, I would take Smokin up on his offer of being middle man. At least Smokin can be trusted at his word.

so can jesse. One bad experience. I would still trust him with my money... but then again I've also known and dealt with him for 3 years now. Hell... he's the one who put road rash on my smeg

I didn't have a great experience with him. I sold him a MINT Muzzy Prostock M14 Sidewinder. He cried poor and I let it go cheap...for like $550 shipped....I was trying to help the guy out. I mean this was practically a new pipe.
Then he pm's saying it requires a special oil pan (I had never mounted the pipe). He tries to get me to agree to buy the pipe back and pay for shipping, basically losing the money it cost me to send it to him, and back. Then he puts the pipe for sale for like $100 more than I charged him, using my ad photo to sell it.
He then pm's me and tells me not to tell anyone it needs a special oil pan, so he can sell it more easily. He also implies that I intentionally misled him on the pipe. I mean, holy shit. This guy was hounding me to send it, he had to have it right away. I told him beforehand that I had never ran it on the bike. He never asked about the oil pan it required, and I didn't know any different. He then also threw in that he had a V&H sidewinder that he was going to use instead, that he got for free. WTF?
I never posted this, thinking I would give his ethics the benefit of the doubt. Well, no need.
