I really don't want to post this but I am not sure what else to do.
On July 9th I sent Jesse $300 as a partial payment on the exhaust (trusting someone I don't know - my mistake I guess but I have never had this happen on a bike forum before).
He saw he can't ship the pipe until the next week cause he is working 2 jobs. Kinda odd since he tells me he has another exhaust to put on his bike. You would think the one for sale would be boxed up and ready to go. But I agree to give him till the 14th.
July 13th The day before he is supposed to ship the pipe I text him and get no response.
July 14th I call his cell phone and get a message that the phone is not excepting incoming calls. I tried calling a few more times and send text and emails. With no response from him I contact Paypal. Right after I hang up with Paypal I get a text from him saying he can't ship the pipe until next week due to health issues. He finally calls me from his cell and I ask him to refund my $300 since I feel like I am getting the run around.
At this point all I want is my money back. He texts me again on the 14th and says he doesn't have computer access and will make the refund that evening.
July 16th - No refund and he won't answer his phone or reply to my text messages today.
All I want is my $300 back.
Jesse please make this right and refund my money!

Jesse isn't going to stiff you, he must really be busy though, give it some more time you will get what you paid for, it will just be longer than he said, I know you are ready to get the new pipe, just hang on

I'm sure this will get his attention lol, get the pipe not a refund, I just bought one, oh and have fun installing it, I had to remove the radiator to get all the springs on,

Given how things have gone so far it would have to be COD. I won't be sending any more money upfront. At this point I all I want is a refund. I don't have time for games.
