Must be a japanese guys bike: They believe that orchids can help a person move on if they die: which is why there gang bangers (Yakuza) have them tattoo'd all over there bodies: in case they are taken out and not given a proper burial (where orchids would be place with them) they would still have orchids on them. In other words, they aren't afraid to die and are prepared for it at all times.
Unfortunately for him, it doesnt translate that well over in the states.

I think sticks was right. He just stated what the flowers meant on the bike. Maybe the comment should have been left out about the sale, BUT the bike hasn't sold, and that's the reason why. I would have bought it instead of a brand new one, if it was painted.
