12inch over arm is perfict for 68 inch wheelbase i just ordered one from Mcintosh terry can make you one in a week

Wee, have you considered a braced arm with bracket from Spencer Cycle? I am very happy with mine, turnaround is pretty quick...and about $700 to do the job:

I think he can do the longer one that you want as well. Mine was only 4.5 lbs heavier than stock.

yeah ive looked at that, but a new Velocity is $850, probably what i'll end up with.

The velocity is heavy. Just so you know. mcintosh and velocity were heavy, i had both. I would get an adams, if i had the money.
