no xplode syntha six ((cookies and cream with chocolate milk)) and tru mass....... i went to iraq 187 and came back a year later 225 all muscle in november....funny thing is since november i havent been lifting weights i just been doing alot of running ((army p.t. averages about 12 miles a week)) so as of thursday ((we did a p.t. test plus height and weight)) im down to 200 solid i neva had a problem gaining weight but putting on solid muscle and definition but i only did it cause iraq is like jail u either get real book smart or pump iron...... this site along with psychobike was my bible
