$8000 gets you a great running ebony black '06 ZX-14
http://www.bikeland.org/board/viewthread.php?FID=3&TID=39988&set_time=
Lowered Muzzy links
Power Commander with Brock's maps
Custom shortened SMEG to sit lower
cut down stock seat
front strap
rear bolt on extensions at 64"
smoked front windscreen
on board airshifter kit
chromed stock rims
shinko front/rear tires
painted side grills
ZX-10 front fender
ALL STOCK PARTS to include the exhaust, windscreen, rear footpegs, etc.
never ran the bike at the track at all. Just occasional street blasts that definately held it's own. I am in the Maryland area about 20 miles from MIR(Budds Creek) Raceway.

Bently, man I am so sorry about this but I just have made my mind up to go ahead and get rid of it NOW and for that price, I've got a few PM's within a matter of an hour. I hope to get it gone within a week or two.
Rick, man I would love to take this stuff off but man, I don't even have the time to look at the bike let alone take those parts off.

Here's a short video of me starting the bike. I was going to ride thru the airshifter but when I put the bike in gear and let the clutch out it cut off since I had the damn kick-stand down. I then tried again but can't give the bike a little throttle, shift and hold the camera all at once. For those that have questioned if the bike shifts or not properly with the air shifter.....YES it does. No lies to hold from anyone at all. The on-board air compressor is loud but once it gets 80 psi, just shut it off and run the bike.

thats a damn sad deal to sell your bike, for so cheap yet.
Hopefully whoever buys it will respect and appreciate it like you did.
Damn, sorry to see it happen.
I would have bought that bike at that price, in a heart beat 2 months ago when the Canadian dollar was equal.

Brents a great guy to talk to, I dealt with him on this bike a couple months ago and if it would have been 8000.00 i would have hooked up my trailer and drove the 999 miles to get it! good luck with the sale.

dubious & Bently, thanks for the props and kind words. That means alot from the family and Bently I did feel bummed after I made that price change because I think you woulda bought it too at that price but I just want to get it gone and maybe in a few years, I'll get another bike but not anytime soon.
I hate to sell it but man I sure do not really get to ride the bike enuff at all. I've got 2467 miles on it in 2 full years and NEVER been to the track with it, just street roll-on type of stuff.
I have a sale pending right now and hopefully we can get this deal done within a week or two. If he can't do the deal or makes another decision, I will then repost it but for now it is his to turn down.
Thanks again guys.

As you can see, the bottle for the airshifter is mounted in the rear seat area so a passenger is a no-go. You'd have to just simply buy another stock seat and just swap them out whenever you want to. The air pump is mounted and will not interfere with anything either.
The rear Shinko is a 200 as well. I was about to buy a 190 Michelin until I decided to sell.

Thanks Stuart.
Yeah Bently me too.
Kaw-rick, fortunately for me and the buyer, it sold right here in the metro D.C. area. The guy hasn't even taken the bike home with him. He paid me CASH $8600 for the bike, I signed over the title and he took that and the owners manual but left the bike since it is freezing cold outside. He asked if it could sit in my garage until the weather gets better and I said that was fine. I gotta put the mirrors back on and the passenger footpegs for him as well.
I'll be here checking out others bikes and all that but for now, Imma just hold off until I get the bug again or perhaps a new '10 Busa or whatever else is out new.

LOL, just kidding. Kaws are my bikes bro. Before the 14, I was seriously considering the '06 ZX-10 with the dual pipes under the seat but the 14 was a better bike IMO. Hopefully Kaw will have a 1500 by the time I want another bike.
