I can't thank you all enough. If everything goes as planned I'll be selling the last of my ZX-12R stuff this Saturday (Bike, Muzzy, Levers and Gear Indicator). I wanted to take this time to let you all know about a member of this site who goes by the name of Madque6. This guy is really, really cool. He's in North Alabama and made me an offer on the ZX-12R a while back. For a few weeks we've been trying to organize a meeting in Louisville, KY to make the sale happen.
A great opportunity presented itself because I was in Indy for MotoGP and hauled the ZX-12R with me to Indiana. On Saturday I dragged the bike down to Louisville where I met Madque6. There was only one problem. The night before I'd taken the Muzzys box out of my car because I didn't want somebody coming through the window for the parts. When I left Indianapolis I forgot to grab the box. I left Madque6's pipe, levers, GiPro indicator and TITLE in the box in the hotel room in Indiana. And guess when I realized it? As I was exiting I-65 onto Outer Loop Drive towards the Wal-Mart (In Louisville).
Madque6 was cool about it. We worked out an agreement and I'm shipping the rest of his stuff to him today. His brother was with him and he was equally cool.
I just wanted to give Madque6 a shout-out because he could have told me to haul my bike back to Chicago with no deal. Instead he was calm and cool about it and was willing to work with me on the situation.

whats really cool about it all is that, as we all should, take advantages of oppertunity to enjoy an experiences. it was my 18 year old daughter' s first long road trip, she drove all the way there so kudos to her as i had just logged 22 hours at work.
Although the parts were not all there, we worked out the deal. so it was a plus. i have dealt with many members on this org. on many occasions and never had any doubt in my mind that it wouldn't go AOK. Thanks Assassin

What is necessary to make the cams fit an 04 zx12?
I do not think it is a direct bolt in

with a best of 208.1 in 1.5 miles
and 204.5 in the mile.

The Orient Express cams don't specify the year (I don't think). I believe they were all the same. I might be wrong. Perhaps someone with a little more knowledge knows the answer to this one.

took the bike up to the DRAGON on Saturday. It performed as expected. didnt see any other 12r's from the time that we were there which was from noon till bout 4 or so. Just a buncha liter sport bikes motards etc, like that mattered. hada great time. had a set of Maxxis on, they held. i pushed it pretty good. i rode up with guys on 600's.
