1969ca...understand tha Smokin has many friends in many places, as we all do.
If you do right by him there is no reason to meet, other than to say "hello".
when I talked to you you were in Tollenson Az. But the wheels came out of Visala Ca. near Fresno? Now you say we can meet at Firebird on Sat for the Bracket races that start @ 8am
That leads me to think you are still here in Az?
YOU did a deal with Lee and money was paid by him to YOU. I have done bussiness with Lee on a couple of occasions and have allways found him to be a straight shooter.
He is also a soft spoken guy that lets his right wrist do the talking at the track...You done a 8.77 with a stock motor yet?
Make Lee happy.... He just wants to reverse the deal, Wheels and the Nitrous kit. You send him a check and he will send the wheels back OR he can send me the wheels and I will give you them in person for the cash. You and Lee figure out what is best and I can be the go between. If you both want that ?

I personally saw the bent front wheel. It has a flat spot and is tweaked. At least a 1/4" or more side to side. It hit something HARD! To try and claim they were fine and that Lee did this is BS. I saw they wheel the very next day after they were delivered! A full refund is the RIGHT THING TO DO!

I have sent the wheel out UPS for the repairs .. Tracking number 1Z2021W70386815854
He needs to send me the shipping cost of 17.27 he will also have to pay for the wheel to be repowder coated after the repairs are made ...
This deal sucks for sure but for now it's all i can get out of this guy ...I hope he lives up to his end of this deal ..

Thanks Gene for your help ...I would love nothing better than sending the wheels back and get all my money back ...Doesn't look like that is going to happen....Some people just don't know how to deal fare ....

There's no dought in my mind what happened here, That aside how did they turn into two differant wheels neither one for a 14' in shipping. Man i tell you' This is just the kind of shit that makes it hard for me too buy used anymore. Bill....

Just a thought, Lee get an estimate on repair cost and powdercoating and make him send you the money up front. And here is another thing if this guy REALLY believed those wheels were damaged in shipping he would never offer to pay for repairs he would be telling you to deal with UPS on getting them fixed. I would pursue the mail fraud legal route. at that kind of money the Federal Prosecutor will definately take it seriously. A buddy of mine had a similar problem and he pursued mail fraud charges He showed the box with the UPS label printed and stuck to it WITH NO DAMAGE TO THE BOX, the federal prosecutor was very helpfull and actively pursued the case... When he gets a federal supeona he might change his tune very quickly. Also Lee print out this whole post and any P.M's you have showing that he says nothing about the wheels NOT being intended for a ZX14 that right there is Fraud and the great thing is that he mailed it so there is no question about it being mail fraud. It may take you some time Lee but you wont even have to pay any court cost or anything. Lee you should be able to call the local federal building and Ask for the Federal Prosecutor he can tell you exactly what you need to do. Make sure you keep the box they were shipped in with the shipping label that way you can show there was no damage to the box and do you have some sort of reciept or whatever for how you payed? i.e. cancelled check carbon copy of money order. PLEASE pursue this Lee I really want to see this guy get a 10000 dollar fine and five years probation all because he wouldnt send you your money back it would be VERY funny

toolman frist my buddy and rider is in az races a busa and my bike im in cali still own a house in az blackmagic cant see why the wheels were bent as ive said before one set of tires on them had them removed to ship and now they r bent if i had the cash i would buy them all this trash being said about and people talking like they are going to come kick my ass is nice also lee th front wheel is for a 10r 06 fits the 14 bolt on break rotors and all marvic dose not make a wheel for a 14 for the back i need the wheel to go to the repair guy so he can tell me what he thinks is wrong then i will go to ups or cyclegear allready told lee i woul pay for the repairs toolman was thinking you wanted to race my buddy he up for that but he races for money

The point is the man doesnt want a repaired wheel and he doesnt want a wheel intended for a Busa. you are guilty of MAIL FRAUD do you realize that is a federal offense??? Why dont you just send the man his money back??? return whatever you bought with the money and send him his money back. Why is that a problem? I just cant wait to see you go to court for this. And do you realize if you dont show up for court in FLORIDA!!!! where the charges are filled there will be a bench warrant issued for your arrest? Do you also realize that if Lee pursues this in a civil court that if you dont show up to court in FLORIDA!!! then the judge will pass a DEFAULT judgement in Lee's favor? I just think If I were you at this point it would be much easier for you to Give him his money back. YOu get them repaired and then sell them on some other site and do the same thing you did here dont tell people that they have to be modded to fit a 14 cause it is a busa and ZX10 wheel and there you go you sold them and screwed some other guy. Give him his money back!!!
