Good lord is everyone sucking everyone's cock in this forum or what. All you 14 riders do is sit there suck one another off and say how great you are. 1969ca is a stand up guy. I have been dealin with him for many years on buying and selling parts and for you to call him a liar, a thief and say your gonna beat his ass over someone purchasing used parts. Get serious guys and grow up. I am the jockey that rides that bike and i am the one that box it up to ship it to ca for him before his surgeries. There was nothing wrong with those wheels what so ever when he took them off. If any of you ignorant pricks would pull your head out of your ass's you will know that magnesium can be bent easy. I had a set of marvics get taco's straight from marvic........ funny part is that there was not one ounce of box damage. so i think its time you lil cry babies grow up and realize the deal is between him and smokin its that simple. If you know you didnt damage the wheel then you should have no problem sending the wheel to tennesse to get check out, but by accusing him of sending you shit parts is flat out bogus. Man up and realize shit happens out of everyone's control and on the side note.... you got a set of marvics for your bike for 1300 bucks! suck it up and get it straightened and your still cheaper then a new set..... that you cant get. oh and i went 8.43@ 171mph on the bike........ them wheels are fine.

Lets make this real clear ..
1. I have not called 1969ca any names , i have not said i was going to kick his ass ..I have not called him a liar ...I did say his ad was misleading ...
2. I made a deal for a set of zx14 rims for my zx14 , i wasn't told till after i had them in my hands that they were not for a zx14 ...When i found out the front rim was bent i called and talked to him and that is when he told me they were for a busa and zx12 ..Had i been told up front what these rims really were i would have never made this deal to start with..
3. He told me it would be to months before he could send my money back to me and i said ok i will wait till he can get the money together ...Then he changed his tune and wants to have me send the rim out for repairs and will not send my money back ...I don't want a repaired rim ! I want an undamaged rim ! after all that is what i paid for ...
4. If i get the rim repaired i will end up footing the bill , i have no trust in this guy that we will pay the repair bill ...I will NOT use these rims on my bike !! Would you ? I will try to sell them and try to recover some of my money ....There is a very slim chance that i will get all my money back because when i make an For Sale AD for the front rim i will tell people that it was bent and i had it repaired ... I can't not sell them as a set because one is a Busa rim and the other is a zx12 rim ...
6. No way as the buyer should i have been put into the middle for this rotten deal ...If it was a good deal as stated in his AD i would have had the rims on my bike and been riding weeks ago ...
7. Three bikeland members have seen this bent front wheel and have also seen that there is NO damage to the boxes that they were shipped in ...So the damage was there before the wheels were shipped to me ...But for some reason the damage and the misleading AD are my falt and not the sellers ..
I have sold lots of parts to Bikeland members and anyone that didn't like the parts would only have to PM me and get a full refund on the spot !!! I have never had to do that because my parts are not crap !! I even bought back parts back that i sold to bikeland member because he changed his mind on what he was going to do with his bike ...How fare is that ...
Now 1969ca you put your buddy up to posting to cover your bad acts ...For all we know that was you making that post under a different name ... It doesn't matter if it was your buddy or you making that post but it does show us all what kind of person you are ...
There is an easy fix ... Send me my money back and my NOS parts i sent you and i will box up the wheels and send them back to you UPS ...I will even pay the shipping charges so you will not be out and money ...Like you told me on the phone you can use the wheels on your zx10 ..... I would rather do this than call the Police , Postmaster and the court system ... I'm only asking for what is fare ......

This is alot of shit,I want to share something with the members of this site. I had called lee about some parts back when i think lee was selling his 14, I told him i wanted the ex, chain and some other parts' alot of parts,it was like 1000 dollars or some such i can't remember.it was a good deal. Well i let the deal fall thru and didn't call lee and it cost him alot of his time getting things together to send to me. We have never spoke of this and i never gave him an explanation because i hate excuses,and anyting i would have told him, even the truth that i had back surgery and beverly my wife was suppose to finish up and see that lee got payed didnt happen but i never told him that[See what i meen about it sounding like an excuse] With all this not once did lee burn me or my business for this on here or anywhere that i know of. This is the type business he doe's so for this guy to question lee about honesty is bullshit. I almost bought those wheels a couple times myself but i couldn't figure out why it needed the brake hanger in the picture. When i asked about it i was never told it was a busa wheel so the dude did misrep, the parts'' to me also. If lee had something i wanted for sale i would send the money first and not give it a second thought. Come to think of it' That's probably the only way he'd sell to me!! LOL. but all jokes aside i will help in anyway i can to stop this kind of shit on this site, Let us know if we can help lee....BILL/BEV at cannon...

Ive dealt with lee also. couldnt go smoother. He even waited on payment when he didnt have to. Ive also dealt with others and had good luck. So make this right, and move on.

toolman my friend will meet you to race saturday not friday im trying to talk with lee about this I feel no reason to defend myself to other people on this site but the guy im dealing with ive sold a mac arm to jesse and it went to lee shop and it was good if you guys want to ban me that is fine if you want to fight thats fine to your going to have to wait till i get out of my cast me and gr8pumkin are 2 differnt people

The wheel going out Tuesday first thing for repairs ...I will PM you the shipping cost so you can mail me back the UPS shipping price ..After the wheel repair the wheel will need to be repowder coated , you will need to cover that cost also..
....The right thing to do is refund my money and i'll send back the wheels and you can deal with the repairs...This should NOT be my problem it should be yours ..Yet i'm the one taking the beating..
Anyone want to buy a Marvic penta 2 repaired zx12 front wheel and a Busa rear wheel ???? Make me an offer ......
