F/S: Dymag Magnesium Wheels for the ZX12
You read it right, after a LONG wait they are ready to be mounted up to a ZX-12! Rotor, bearings, 48 tooth 530 sprocket, spacers, caliper, bracket, the whole SHABANG! I don't need to tell you that the 12 is a heavy mofo, and that lighter wheels will have you accelerating harder, improve your braking and make your bike more flickable 8)
These are 5 spoke Dymag Magnesium Wheels (FRONT AND REAR) ready to be mounted up to your 12, period. Vincent Hill has helped me finally get this all sorted out, from pulling strings at Dymag, to measuring, procuring and making everything just right to mount these on. In his own words:
"Wheel in my bike which is a little tighter than stock and it squeezes in just like my stock wheel!! The "ONLY" Difference will be that the ZX9R Brake caliper and Bracket have to be used AND The Caliper MUST Be mounted above as opposed to Below the Arm! The Good News is, the EXACT Same NUB that the Stock bracket uses is exactly what the ZX9R Bracket used. I have cleaned the caliper and painted the Caliper bracket with Caliper paint so it is DONE!!"
These are almost 10 pounds lighter than stock...which means that a 175 lb person now accelerates like Shiphteey! Color combo looks great with all the 12s IMO, especially the 2002 black/gold. The 1st gen have the gold forks, and the 00-03 have the 6 piston gold colored calipers. Coupled with the stock gold chain, its pleasing to the eye. I actually thought about NOT selling them as they do look nice, but since I'm broke and on carbon rims it simply does NOT make sense to. A lot of time and energy has gone into these to make them perfect for a ZX12. I bought them 2 years ago and they were missing parts and not 100% correct for a 12, until now!
Check out the pics, I am asking $1200, this does not include shipping with insurance. If paying with Paypal please add 3% to your total. If no one wants them in a week or so you guys can duke it out on ebay! RETAIL ON THESE WHEELS ARE $2500!!!

Hey there TX12. In order for these wheels to be used properly on the ZX12 they needed to be modified slightly in order for everything to line up, from spacers to mm clearances to the swingarm, from the sprocket carrier, etc. These were initially for a ZX7 but when I bought these 2 years ago I was not told about that. Vincent Hill has agreed to help me get them sorted and spent a LOT of his free time getting these just right. I could have sold them as 7R wheels, but I figured not many 7R guys would want to spend money on wheels, even though they are heavy bikes. I figured even though I wasn't told that they wouldn't fit properly for the 12, it was best to make sure these fit a 12 properly so I could at the very least get my money back since I paid over $1200 when you add in shipping.
