What is the amount of spray you dry system has?

Regarding the spray systems, I have a wet system in the air box that is plubed directly into the intake trumpets. Its basically a poor mans Muzzy stealth system. It includes the solenoids, filters, low pressure switch, etc that fits into the air box. I have shot a 125 shot through the wet system, but I most recently ran a managable 60 shot. I had terrible 60" times but wild MPH with the big shot. The dry system was plumbed into the airbox infront of the air filters. I started with a 40, and then whent up to a 60, 70, and then 80 with bad results. I wouldn't recomend more than a 40 or 50 with a dry system personally. I will pull this together over the weekend and put a price on the spray systems.

Were you interested in the dry system or a wet (in the air box) system. Not clear on what you were looking for.
I need to pull all the parts together but the dry system is $150 for 1 pound bottle, solenoid, braided lines, funnel jets, and a gauge. No electrical is included.
I also have a "poor mans" Muzzy stealth system for running a wet system in the box for $250. I built this system. It comes with solenoids, manifolds and hard Stainless plumbing, jets, fuel filter, fuel cutoff switch, pirrana injectors, fuel regulator, and fuel pressure gauge. No electrical, and no bottles. Pictures will be available in a day or two after I pull them out of the bike. You can't see anything in the air box.
Rear axle is 20 delivered.

possibly interested in the 1290 kit instead of spray. what would it take ($$?) to get it to work? (to be a "bolt on" job to my stock motor) also whats your price for it?

The 1290 kit is $200 delivered. It was damaged after droping a valve on cylinder #2. The (3) pistons are JE and have low / no miles on rings. The cylinder can be repaired at Millenium. If it can't I would refund in full, but I am certain it can be. Take a look at the site. It also needs a piston from JE. I can send photos.

Mr. Santafe, I may have crossed myself up on the rear axle. The axle I have is a hollow 1.2 lb high tensile axle that I thought came with the trac dynamics arm. The solid axle that I think came off my 01 originally is 3.2 lbs. 2 pound savings, but I have seen later model ZX12s with hollow axles, so I don't know if the axle if of a later model or what. I was only asking $20 delivered, but I don't want to mislead or misrepresent. Sorry for confusion.

oh ok, i thought it just needed rings for 1 piston (plus the repaired cylinder) hmmmm havent made up my mind yet lol
oh, about the rear axle, my 01 has a hollow one too, not sure if its a stock item, but it came like that from the PO.....

oh, about the oil pump, can you email me pics and price? i take it its a bit higher output than a stock one? (blue printed) . looks like i need to replace mine after some chunks of gears went thru it....

Photos of oilpump sent. rotors in good shape. The work on the pump was done by HMP and involed some simple filliting on all the inlets and exits of the pump mechanism. This supposedly reduces cavitation at very high rpm. I don't know exaclty what else was done to it. Never had a bearing failure with this motor.

This is kind of a different looking undertail. Its designed for a stretched swingarm, and will keep the crap off of you. It allows you to drop rear another 2 inches, and even if you occasionally rub, it THICK aluminum. License plate not included (but will be available soon in Mass.). $45 delivered.

Dry kit with 1 lb bottle has bracket that fits between rear subframe rails. It tips bottle up and forward at ~40 degree angle with siphon tube in correct position. Does not include the sprayer head that taps into the airbox/frame. Schnitz sells them for about $15 if I recall. Price is $150 delivered.

Muzzy clutch hub / kit includes drilled clutch hub, hub bearing sleeve, a used / good clutch set, and a set of good 2.0 steels. 5 of the steels are new. Price $80 delivered. Much more photos coming.
