Y2K is getting a "whammer-jammer" (osti tm) CNC machine; look for some cool ass heads this summer.

Yep, were finally going to get away from hand porting and going with a 5 axis machine for digitizing and cutting ports and chambers.
None of that 3 axis plus 2 axis. A true simultanious 5 axis machine. Repeatable to .0002"

My days of hand porting are over!!! I'm on the flow bench day and night these days tweaking out all the old port designs. Its soooooo nice when you just have to make one really awsome port and digitize it, then you can cut head after head EXACTLY the same.

The only bad thing for you bike guys is that i need to get several automotive race heads done first before the bike stuff gets developed.
The good news is that once i start ont he zx12/busa/zx14 heads it wont take long to get a final port and chamber design for them. I have a few busa heads and 12r heads for development work allready. but i need a blown up zx14 head now so its there ready for me when i get to it.
I'm hoping to have the busa head program written for sept and the zx12/14 soon after that.
I'm thinking a big valve busa head for BIG displacement Busas will be the first one i'll do...... mostly because i have a few development cores. And i know one particular top speed guy that needs one asap this fall. I dont want to say any names yet incase he wants to be "stealthy" about it. But you might see one of these heads in action at the fall texas mile.
Stay tuned folks, this is gonna get good. I cant wait for the new Busa.
