FS: Carpenter Racing Engines cylinder head ('00 12R)
Carpenter Racing Engines Cylinder Head - CNC ported '00 12R cylinder head. Stock valves and springs.
This head with a JE superlite 3mm piston kit (1287cc), stock camshafts (non-degreed), made 195rwhp 105lb-ft on a DJ250 @ Stock Mild to Wild in Jacksonville, FL. On a 63in 12R with my 220lb self, ran 9.20s @ 150-153mph.
It has about 10,000 miles on it. I just took it off the motor, haven't cleaned it up. Never had any issues with it, valves/springs or otherwise.
$650 + shipping.

10-4 !!!
Just to make certain... the cam cap does come with the head.
If someone wants, I'll make a combo deal with the cams, valve cover (w/muzzy block offs) and the cam chain tensioner listed elsewhere.

I'll try to clean it up a bit and take some more pics. As it is, that's exactly how I pulled it off the bike.
You can see the CNC machining in the intake ports in the first two pics.
I'll just put the pics up in this post. thanks!

I *think* it can be done, however I know that some of the parts are different like the motor mounts and maybe a cam sensor. Mad Mike or Osti33 could probably give you a better idea.

Yes.
You can also run your 02 cams as long as you swap the sensor off your 02 head. Then all you would need to do is drill and tap the motor mount holes in the 00 head install your cams and cam sensor off your 02 head and you are ready to roll.
