I have a set of 01 gauges that will work, It doesn't have the fake carbon fiber though.. Not hard to convert however...

I have everything else off an 01 if it will fit. I personally don't know if it would.

Only the clutch cover and tank cover will fit.
Upper fairing and bracket and headlight are different on the 02 and up.
