For Sale: 1988 Yamaha YSR 50 (Street legal!)
This bike is mechanically in good condition. It just recently got serviced by Carter Motorsports. There are few minor cosmetic damages, but it does not affect the bike's performance. This vehicle has really LOW gas mileage(about 3.3 L /100 km or 70 MPG)and LOW insurance rates(about 200-300 dollars per year). The reason for selling this bike is because my commuting is mostly on the highway, and I need a bike that is more practical. This YSR cannot carry a passenger, but it sure makes your short commutes a lot more fun!
Street legal, have title. No accidents.
Tires still got a lot of tread,
No problems starting up(Usually takes 1 kick to start),
Rectifier / regulator assembly replaced,
Base assembly replaced,
New spark plug installed,
New battery,
New plunger/New choke assembly(choke was stolen),
New crankseal,
Carbs have been cleaned,
New tranny fluid,
Only used Yamalube semi synthetic 2-stroke oil,
Only used 92 octane gas,
16xxx kms.
