Everything is in excellent mint condition. There are no scratches or marks on the screen. You get the GPS III Plus receiver with detachable antenna, the PC interface cable, wrist strap, user's manual, and the quick reference card.
The software for the mapping and the computer is available for free download from Garmin's website.
