Basically NEW Green 2000 -- 700 Miles

Hello there, got a Green 2000 ZX12r absolutely stock that has sat in a garage for its entire life. We are talking not even broke in yet. I think that the total milage is 680 miles. He is asking $9000 for it. I have seen this bike and I can verify that it is in mint condition. Email me if you would like further details. If anyone is interested Im sure that I can come up with some pictures for ya. The bike is currently in Bozeman MT.

Good luck on selling it

I wish your friend luck in selling it at that price. I thought about selling mine, but after hearing my dealer whine about their 2001 leftovers, and all the ebay entries with 0 miles 2000 and 2001 bikes, all going for 8000 or less, I decided against it. To be realistic, the most your friend might see out of that bike would be just under 8K. I hope he/she does better than that though. These bikes just don't get the respect they deserve...

Ammendment

I mentioned the price thing to him and after some discussion he would go to $8500. Any offer close to that would also be considered.

A friend just bought a Green Y2K 12R with 1400 miles, totally mint, showroom condition. $6000 + a 86 ford taurus wagon, LOL.. Real purchase price was probably $6800.

He was really lucky to find this deal. The guy that had the 12R ,he runs a body shop.He took the 12R in trade on a classic car he was selling. My friend had a totalled out 86 Taurus which he offered along with a certified check for $6000 to the guy. The seller never blinked, he just said "that will work". I was standing there watching this whole thing happen and couldn't believe it! That wrecked Ford was a pos at best, would have been a pain to sell for over $500-600 dollars around here. I have another friend currently looking for a Y2K or 2001 12R. But this bike here is to much $$ .

If anyone would be interested at a lower price. Let me know I will go back to him with any reasonable offer. Do I hear 7000......7250.....7500?
