This motor has to be from a crashed bike and from the looks of it sat out in the rain to boot!

note the rust on everything!

rust all over the sprocket and output shaft.

look at the oil filter and tell me he just removed it to sell, check out the clutch cover...
it might be a good parts motor but I would not bet any anything else!

Parts motor is may be, have you added up the cost of parts to a zx12 motor. I would not go as far to say who ever bought this motor is an idiot, just thought I might point it out to someone in need, maybe someone would point out a radiator to me.

not what I said. I bet it would be a great "Parts" motor I just did not want someone to actually believe that this is a great deal on a great running motor! For Parts I bet it is a good deal!!!
