I have my 10 up for sale
I just wanted to let you all know that I am selling my 10, I am in so cal and wanted everybody here to know first. It will be in the trader on thursday but if anyone wants one that is perfect oh and has the new wheel as of today let me know. The bike is blue has 800 miles on it and with the exceptions of a hyperpro dampener a tinted screen and front and rear euro turn signal is all stock, oh I have the rear cowl and a set of front braided brake lines "Not installed that are included if I don't get raped to bad"
Thanks

I think it is a bit much for me. I have a baby coming and want to see it grow up.

I started getting mine ready to sell but just can't pull the trigger. It's the bike I've always wanted. Ironically, I'm not having any fun with it.

Hey burley1 ........ would you take a beautiful tamer 178 Rear Wheel HP ZX 12R 02 in trade? It's blue too! Much less scarey.

At the risk of repeating myself Larry (I can't keep my boards straight in my old age) I've pushed the 10 as far as I dare at the track. If I wreck real bad and am off work, I'll be hurtin' after a couple months of little income. And the roads where I live now are about the worst imaginable for a sportbike. In fact, riding a sportbike on the street bores me silly since I've done so many track days this year. But there is always that voice inside my head that says, "Responsibility be damned!!! Ride the tires off the bastard!!!"

Burley1 I applaud you, it takes a brave & smart man to admit that he is not in control. In all cases family comes first, most guys leave it until its to late and pay the price, put some time quality time in with your family you can always buy someting else later not quite so intimidating. Hope it all goes well kids grow up all to quick ( I have 5 ) savour the time.

12RPilot - I hear ya. This is the first year where I'm not racing, and I can feel the rust every time I get on the 10R. I have a feeling this will be the last sportbike for me, with the ZZR getting the most miles due to daily commutes and longer trips. I'll try to keep the 10R limber and ready to roll, but I definately won't be seeking the adventures I had on the 12R.
